I recently heard an interview with Tim Ferris who wrote the book Four Hour Work Week and then visited his blog. I found his information and ideas fascinating. His diet seems "do-able" and easy enough to follow. I especially like taking Saturdays off to eat whatever I like and having this "dieters-gone-wild" day actually boost my metabolism!
